Terms and conditions of sale
Sales are not active. STRAPTOR is in its launch phase and it is not currently possible to place orders through this site. These terms are published so that you can know in advance the framework within which sales will be made, and they will be completed with the final prices, delivery times and shipping costs before purchasing is enabled.
1. Identification of the seller
LOBITO IC SL, tax ID B65864613, with registered office at C/ Amadeu Vives 17, 08440 Cardedeu (Barcelona, España), registered in the Commercial Register of Barcelona, Volume 43367, Folio 184, Sheet B 426739, Entry 1. Telephone 930 26 74 40. Email info@straptoratchets.com.
STRAPTOR is a trade mark licensed for use to LOBITO IC SL, which acts as the seller for all purposes.
2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the sale of the products offered on straptoratchets.com. Sales will be directed to Spain and the rest of the European Union. Both consumers and business customers may purchase; where a clause applies only to consumers, this will be stated expressly.
3. Product information
Descriptions, photographs and illustrations are provided for information purposes. Some images are three-dimensional representations of the product and may differ in finish from the unit supplied.
About the load figures. The figures published correspond to break strength: the value at which the assembly fails under test. They are not the working load and must not be used to dimension a load restraint, which always requires a far greater safety margin.
About how the product works. The automatic system of STRAPTOR products serves to retract the webbing into the housing. Tensioning is always carried out manually using the ratchet or the cam buckle. The product does not tension by itself and does not maintain tension automatically.
4. Prices
Prices will be shown in euros. We will state whether they include taxes, along with the applicable shipping costs, which will always be shown before the order is completed. No further charges will be added that have not been notified beforehand.
5. Purchase process
The order will be concluded when the customer completes the purchase process and receives confirmation by email. Before confirming, the customer will be able to review and amend the contents of their order and correct any data entry errors.
6. Payment methods
The accepted means of payment will be indicated during the purchase process. Payments are processed through the Shopify platform and the corresponding payment providers; LOBITO IC SL does not store full card details.
7. Delivery
Delivery times and delivery areas will be set out in the Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage will pass to the consumer at the moment when they, or a third party indicated by them other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
8. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers will have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason. The conditions and the procedure are set out on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.
9. Guarantees
The products carry the 3-year statutory guarantee of conformity for consumers. In addition, LOBITO IC SL voluntarily offers a 3-year commercial warranty to all its European customers against manufacturing defects, which neither limits nor replaces the consumer's statutory rights.
10. Safe use of the product
STRAPTOR products are load restraint devices. They are not intended for lifting or hoisting loads, nor for restraining people or animals. The customer undertakes to respect the stated loads, to inspect the product before each use and to follow the safety warnings provided.
11. Sales to business customers
Sales to distributors, hardware stores and other business buyers will be governed by the particular terms agreed in each case. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business buyers.
12. Complaints
You may send any complaint to info@straptoratchets.com or call us on 930 26 74 40. We undertake to acknowledge receipt and to give you a reasoned reply as soon as possible.
13. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and by European Union consumer legislation. Where the buyer is a consumer, the competent court shall be that of their place of residence.
