Returns and right of withdrawal
STRAPTOR is in its launch phase and it is not yet possible to place orders on this site. The operational returns procedure — return address, who bears the carriage costs, processing times — will be published on this page before sales are activated. We do not invent terms that have not yet been finalised.
Right of withdrawal
Once sales are active, if you buy as a consumer you will have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days without having to give any reason and without any penalty. This is a right granted to you by law, not a concession on our part: Articles 102 et seq. of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users), which transposes Directive 2011/83/EU.
The period begins on the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you other than the carrier, receives the last of the products in the order.
How it will be exercised
It will be enough to inform us by any unequivocal means before the period expires, for example by writing to info@straptoratchets.com. We will make a withdrawal form available to you, the use of which will not be compulsory.
Refund of the amount paid
We will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date you notify us of your decision, using the same means of payment you used, unless you agree otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received the products or until you provide evidence that you have returned them.
Statutory guarantee
As a consumer you also have the 3-year statutory guarantee of conformity from delivery, in accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 as amended by Royal Decree-Law 7/2021, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/771. If the product is not in conformity, you may require its repair or replacement and, where appropriate, a price reduction or termination of the contract.
STRAPTOR commercial warranty: 3 years
Regardless of the above, LOBITO IC SL voluntarily offers a 3-year commercial warranty to all its European customers, covering manufacturing defects in the mechanism, the webbing and the fittings. This warranty is additional to the rights granted to you by law and in no case limits or replaces them.
The commercial warranty does not cover normal wear and tear through use, damage caused by exceeding the stated load, use of the product for lifting loads, cuts or abrasion to the webbing, corrosion due to lack of maintenance after exposure to salt water, or modifications made to the product.
Dispute resolution
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union and you are not satisfied with our response to a complaint, you may contact the consumer protection bodies of your autonomous region or country of residence.
