Withdraw from your contract

If you bought as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive the goods to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason and without penalty.

Fill in the form and the date and time of your request will be recorded. You may also notify us by any other unambiguous means, for example by writing to info@straptoratchets.com.

Before you continue, please note:

• The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by you.

• We will refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 calendar days of receiving your notification, using the same means of payment you used.
• We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you supply evidence of having sent them.
• You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.
