Shipping policy

STRAPTOR is in its launch phase and it is not yet possible to place orders on this site. For that reason we are not publishing delivery times or shipping rates here: we would rather not announce terms that we cannot guarantee today.

What we will publish when sales go live

Before purchasing is enabled, this page will set out in full and verifiable form:

  • The countries and zones we ship to
  • The estimated delivery times for each zone
  • The applicable shipping costs and, where relevant, the order value above which shipping is free
  • The carriers we work with
  • How to track an order
  • What to do if a parcel arrives damaged or incomplete

What we can tell you now

  • Sales will initially be directed to Spain and the rest of the European Union.
  • Invoicing will be in euros and will be carried out by LOBITO IC SL, a Spanish company.
  • All shipping costs will be shown before the order is completed, with no charges added afterwards.
