Shipping policy
Free shipping throughout Spain. No minimum order. STRAPTOR products are currently sold on pre-order: stock is not yet available, the full amount is charged when you pre-order and dispatch is expected in late November 2026.

Shipping costs are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you confirm the order. No additional charges are added later without prior disclosure.
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. Shipping is free, as in the rest of Spain. However, as these territories fall outside the scope of mainland Spanish VAT, the order may be subject to local taxes (IGIC or IPSI) and customs clearance charges, payable by the recipient and outside the control of LOBITO IC SL. If you have questions before ordering, email info@straptoratchets.com and we will clarify them.

Orders are shipped with GLS, with tracking included on every order.
Delivery times
Pre-orders
Products offered on pre-order are not in stock. The estimated dispatch date is late November 2026 and is expressly stated on each product page and in the order confirmation.
This is an estimated date. If dispatch is delayed, we will notify you by email. You can choose to wait until the new date or cancel for a full refund. You may also cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund at any time before the order leaves our premises, by emailing info@straptoratchets.com.
Orders for in-stock products
When a product is shown as available:
- Orders confirmed before 14:00 on a business day are prepared that day.
- Later orders, or orders placed on weekends or public holidays, are prepared on the next business day.
- GLS delivery takes 3 to 5 business days from dispatch.
Order tracking
When your order leaves our premises, you will receive an email confirming dispatch with your GLS tracking number, so you can check the parcel's status at any time.
If the parcel arrives damaged or incomplete
Inspect the parcel on delivery. If the packaging is visibly damaged, note this on the carrier's delivery record before signing. In all cases, email info@straptoratchets.com within 72 hours of receipt, attaching photographs of the packaging and contents. We will resolve the issue by replacing the product or refunding you, at no cost to you.
We remain responsible for the product during transit until you receive it. Risk passes to you when you, or a person you nominate other than the carrier, take physical possession of the order.
