Support
We are a team of four and we know the product first-hand. When you write to us, the reply comes from someone who has held the strap in their hands, not from an automated answering service.

Current status: launch phase
STRAPTOR is in its launch phase and it is not yet possible to buy on this site. If you would like us to let you know when it becomes available, or if you are a hardware store or a distributor and need trade terms, write to us and we will reply.
Questions we are always asked
Does the automatic mechanism apply the tension?
No. You apply the tension yourself, by hand, with the ratchet or the cam buckle, just as on any tie-down strap. What is automatic is the retraction of the webbing: when you release the mechanism, the webbing returns to the reel on its own. That is the whole difference, and it is a difference of convenience, not of safety.
What do the kilogram figures on the product pages mean?
They are the break strength: the value at which the assembly fails under test. It is not the working load. When sizing a load restraint you must always work well below that figure and spread the load across as many straps as the job requires.
Can I use it to lift a load?
No. These are tie-down products, not lifting products. Never use them to hoist, hang or suspend loads, or to restrain people or animals.
Which model do I need?
There is a summary on How it works, with a comparison table of the three models. If you are unsure, write to us and we will tell you.
How long does the warranty last?
As a consumer you have the 3-year statutory guarantee of conformity. In addition, LOBITO IC SL voluntarily offers a 3-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects, which is additional to your statutory rights and does not replace them. The details are on Returns and warranty.
When will it be on sale and at what price?
There is no confirmed date or price yet. As soon as we have them, they will be published here. We do not give dates we cannot meet.
Safe use
- Check the webbing before every use: if it has cuts, fraying or burns, take the strap out of service.
- Check that the hooks are not opened out or deformed.
- Never exceed the stated load.
- Hook onto anchor points intended for the purpose.
- Guide the webbing with your hand as it retracts; do not let go of it suddenly.
- Rinse with fresh water and dry before storing if it has been in contact with salt water.
Are you a hardware store or a distributor?
We have a specific programme with trade terms. Tell us about your shop on the B2B programme page and we will send you the terms.
