Terms and conditions of sale
1. Seller identification

STRAPTOR is a trademark licensed for use by LOBITO IC SL, which acts as the seller for all purposes.
2. Purpose and scope
These terms govern the sale of products offered on straptoratchets.com. Sales are currently directed to Spain; expansion to the rest of the European Union will be announced on the site. Both consumers and business customers may purchase. Clauses that apply only to consumers are expressly identified.
3. Pre-order sales
Products offered on pre-order are not in stock. When you confirm the order, you are charged the full amount and the product is dispatched later, on the estimated date shown on the product page and in the confirmation email.
By completing the purchase, you expressly accept that estimated dispatch date in place of the general 30-day delivery period provided for in Article 66 bis of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
You may cancel your pre-order at any time before the order leaves our premises and receive a full refund by emailing info@straptoratchets.com. This right is additional to and independent of the 14-day right of withdrawal, which starts when you receive the product.
If the estimated dispatch date is delayed, we will notify you by email. You may accept the new date or terminate the contract for a full refund. If, after you request delivery, we fail to deliver within a reasonable additional period, you may terminate the contract and we will refund all amounts paid without undue delay, in accordance with Article 66 bis of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007.
4. Product information
Descriptions, photographs and illustrations are for information purposes. Some images are three-dimensional representations of the product and may differ in finish from the unit supplied.
Load figures. The published figures indicate the breaking strength: the value at which the assembly fails during testing. They are not working load limits and must not be used to design a tie-down arrangement, which always requires a much greater safety margin.
How the product works. The automatic system in STRAPTOR products is designed to retract the webbing inside the mechanism. Tension is always applied manually using the ratchet or cam buckle. The product does not tension itself or maintain tension automatically.
5. Prices and discounts
Prices are in euros and include applicable VAT. Shipping is free throughout Spain. Any shipping charges are always shown in the cart and at checkout before you place the order, and are detailed in the Shipping policy. No additional charges are added later without prior disclosure.
Promotional discounts, where available, are applied automatically in the cart and shown in the order summary and invoice. The amount charged is the amount shown at checkout.
6. Purchasing process
The order becomes binding when the customer completes checkout and receives confirmation by email. Before confirming, the customer can review and change the order contents and correct any input errors.
7. Payment methods
We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, UnionPay), Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna and PayPal. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments and the relevant payment providers; LOBITO IC SL does not store full card details.
Payment is taken when the order is confirmed, including pre-orders.
8. Delivery
Orders are shipped with GLS. Delivery times, areas and terms are detailed in the Shipping policy. The risk of loss or damage passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party they nominate other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the products.
9. Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. The terms and procedure, including cancellation of pre-orders before dispatch, are set out on the Returns and right of withdrawal page.
10. Guarantees and warranties
Products are covered by the 3-year statutory conformity guarantee for consumers. In addition, LOBITO IC SL voluntarily offers a 3-year commercial warranty to all its European customers against manufacturing defects. This does not limit or replace the consumer's statutory rights.
11. Safe use of the product
STRAPTOR products are designed for securing cargo. They are not intended for lifting or hoisting loads, or for restraining people or animals. The customer agrees to respect the stated loads, inspect the product before every use and follow the safety warnings provided.
12. Trade sales
Sales to distributors, hardware retailers and other business customers are governed by the specific terms agreed in each case. The 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

You may submit a complaint to info@straptoratchets.com or by calling 930 26 74 40. We undertake to acknowledge receipt and provide a reasoned response as soon as possible.
14. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and European Union consumer protection rules. Where the buyer is a consumer, the courts of their place of residence will have jurisdiction.
