Withdraw from your contract

If you purchased as a consumer, you have 14 calendar days from receipt of the product to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason or incurring a penalty.

Have you pre-ordered a product that we have not dispatched yet? You do not need this form. Email us at info@straptoratchets.com and we will cancel your pre-order for a full refund.

Complete the form to record the date and time of your request. You may also notify us through any other unambiguous means, for example by emailing info@straptoratchets.com.

Before continuing, please note:

• The direct cost of returning the product is your responsibility, unless the product is defective or does not match your order.

• We will refund all payments received within 14 calendar days of receiving your notice, using your original payment method.
